Brad came the day after I called him & figured out exactly what needed to be done to repair our attic ladder. He is a great communicator, shows up on time & does great work. I will definitely hire him again.

Brad did a great job for us! He built in the top of a column on our balcony using no rot board so that it would stand up to the elements and to prevent birds from being able to build nests there. He also addressed some settling that had occurred. I am attaching before and after pictures (before, we had a water jug up there to keep the birds away :-)). Brad does great quality work and works very quickly. He was very dependable and great with communication. He also did some other small jobs for us. We would hire him again in a minute and recommend him highly.
